Plastic explosive used in military bombs and missiles. Consists of 75% HMX (cyclotetramethylenetetranitramine) and 25% TNT (trinitrotoluene). It has a buff (yellowish) color and explodes with a speed of about 8,500 metres per second.

I've heard (but don't quote me on this) that Octol is outrageously expensive.
