Processor Direct Slot. It's almost like a slow AGP found on newer Pentium based computers. Apple used them to allow fast video cards and stuff. My mac 7100 uses one for its G3-220 upgrade. It really makes a mess of the system. You can basically daisy chain cards off it. Apple wasn't quite thinking when they built this machine.

PDS (Partei des Demokratischen Sozialismus Party of the Democratic Socialism) is one of the major parties in Germany.

The PDS is the Descendent of the SED (Sozialistische Einheitspartei Deutschlands;they invented the Stasi!), the major party in the former DDR. Still today, nearly all the votes for the PDS come from East Germany.

The political goals of the party are not clearly visible (Except the strict peace-policy). It is something about Socialism in a democratic way(Whatever this means...).
