As well as being a sound effect, pang! is a very cute taito arcade game.
It involves one or two guys in safari suits shooting and/or
avoiding colored bubbles, breaking them up asteroids style, until they are
no more, at which point they enter into the next country, and
do it all again!

Known as Buster Bros. in North America, this video game was released by Capcom in the early 1990s.
There is also a version of this game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System known as Super Buster Bros. This is a slightly less impressive version of the original arcade game that only allows for one player. The SNES port was released in 1992 by Capcom.
