Describes
entities or occurrences experienced by
humans which are not
explicable by the laws of
nature as we presently
understand them. Usually refers to such things as ghosts,
UFOs,
psychic phenomena, dowsing, etc. Naarly all paranormal phenomena have been
debunked, leading some to claim that there ain't no such thing, except as
frauds or
delusions.
