According to Terry Pratchett, the archtypical boring place in the USA. Amongst other places, it occurs in his brilliant collaboration with Neil Gaiman, Good Omens, in which it has an Evangelical choir. There is not, in fact, a Power Cable, Nebraska, although there is an Elephant Butte, New Mexico.
