Breakfast Cereal made from puffed rice, and talks when milk is applied. Allegedly, the cereal emits the noises "Snap, Crackle, and Pop", however the only noise which comes from this cereal is the milk physically weakening the outer wall of the puffed rice, which in turn makes it soggy.
