SIGHUP is the the unix signals
Unix signal known as hangup. When a login shell closes, the SIGHUP signal is sent to each process that was launched from that login. The default action taken by most processes is to terminate upon receiving a SIGHUP; however, some daemons will re-read their configuration data upon receiving a SIGHUP.
