Stone Harbor is a small town in Cape May county, NJ. It sits right next to Avalon on an island with 7 miles of beautiful atlantic-ocean beaches that are fun to boogie board on. The island itself is about a 10-minute drive north from Wildwood and its famous boardwalk. Stone Harbor is quiet, clean, and has many beautiful beach-front properties all along its shore. Alan Alda owns one of those properties. I have been going to Stone Harbor on summer vacations since I was a baby, and I still go now, 30 years later. Its pretty expensive if you stay in a hotel, but its affordable if you rent one floor of a house, especially if you share the cost among friends. Most rentable homes offer multiple bedrooms.
