Tim Hunter needs to find his name in order to enter the White School. He journeys through the spirit realm, faerie, and and into Merlin's cave, accompanied by Ash Walker, Nick Bearclaw, and Iolanthe while being pursued by the Order of the Golden Lotus and the dark host.

Appearances are made by Dr. Occult, the Phantom Stranger, Mr. E, and John Constantine, as well as Titania and Auberon.
