Lead singer, noise maker, front man, and these days the sole member of Severed Heads. Ellard's experimentalist approach to music, along with twisted sense of humor and relaxed view on his cult status, make him one of the most interesting persons in industrial music. He participates frequently on the Severed Heads mailing list, keeping the fans (or Cliffords) up to date or correcting the occasional newbie know-it-all.
Aside from Severed Heads, Ellard has also some work together with Skinny Puppy and their assorted spin-offs, producing a few tracks (e.g. Assimilate by SP, and The Infidel by Doubting Thomas).
His latest project is Coklacoma, reputedly consisting of Ellard and a high-tech religious group from Oklahoma...
