Actor, born November 10, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York. A well-known character actor, probably best known to e2 readers as the subway ghost in Ghost, Mr. Vargas on Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and John O'Connor in The Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai. But, really, he's been in scores of films.

Very tall, and a somewhat drooping face, he's someone who represents what passes for ugly in Hollywood.

Is also the author of a wonderful Sicilian cookbook, since his momma was from Sicily.
