This OEM-only update to Microsoft Windows 95 first appeared around February 1998.

AFAIK, its main change was the inclusion of Internet Explorer 4.01, and presumably IE4's infamous desktop update. Those useless online service clients were also updated in this OSR, and DirectX 5 was thrown in.
