A fictional style of music created by William Gibson first in the seminal cyberpunk novel Neuromancer, and subsequently mentioned in other books in the series. It is described as slow, bass-heavy, electronic music. Zion dub is an extension of dub which in turn has its roots in reggae.

In the novel, the music is closely bound to a space-faring Rastafarian culture, and is played constantly in their ships. To them, dub is part of Jah.
