A blanket sleeper is a warm sort of pajama for young children. Instead of two pieces, a blanket sleeper has one. It has a long zipper in front, and it covers all skin below the neck. Usually there are pads on the soles of the feet for gripping the floor.

I seem to remember having a fuzzy Pooh blanket sleeper when I was 4. I haven't seen these in quite some time, for some reason.
