A bobbie is a yumptious sandwich composed of thanksgiving dinner on a roll. Basically you just take a hoagie roll and throw whatever is left from thanksgiving in it. A typical bobbie consists of:

  • turkey
  • gravy
  • stuffing
  • cranberry sauce
and possibly
  • mayo
  • mashed potatoes
  • green beans
  • and lettuce and tomato
They're a great snack for the day after turkey day. Yum!
