A person with whom it is not safe to talk, interact, date, shag or similar for fear of them forming an unnecessarily fast and frightening attachment to you.

This can result in them constantly phoning you, stalking you and ultimately, as in the film "Fatal Attraction", coming round to your house and boiling your pet rabbit.
