An oxy-moronic term referring to dirt that has not been spoiled by the dumping of junk and other wastes and toxicities.

Often times, this term can be found on construction site signs in the warning "Clean dirt only!" attempting to preserve the good, fertile, tillable, livable, clean dirt.
