Also, in Fight Club terminology this refers to any restaurant food that does not have bodily fluids inside.

In line with their pseudo destructive attempts against consumerism the fight clubbers find jobs in restaurants and contaminate the food by dropping unedibles inside, like semen into the cream of mushroom soup. Though the diners never realize that they ate that stuff, the result is a sense of satisfaction aroused from selling shit and seeing that people are still enjoying it. So when a fight clubber comes to a restaurant, s/he silently tells the staff to bring "clean food" only.

A similar action that is only self satisfactory could be seen in American Psycho where Patrick Bateman dips some urinal cake into Hershey's chocolate and gives it to his girlfriend in a Godiva Chocolates box.
