Can someone remind me why I remember that being said so much in elementary school?

For those of you who don't remember this, it was accompanied by simple hand motions: point at a nipple for each "milk", crotch for "lemonade", and arse for "around the corner fudge is made."

I learned this rhyme as:

Milk, milk
lemonade
stick your finger up the hole
out will come a tootsie roll
mmmmm good!

I think I heard a bunch of kids use this all of once. No big loss.
