A french term of endearment, literally translated 'My Little Head of Cabbage'.

Why someone would find it endearing to be compared to a head of cabbage is something I have little or no understanding of. I can only suppose it is said with a wry smile.

It is also a gift shop for your loved one, if your loved one happens to be female.
