Nanori 「名乗り」 is the reading of a character when used in a name. Not all kanji have nanori, as evidenced in kun-yomi, and thus are not frequently used in names.
「恵」 This kanji represents a "blessing," "grace," or "kindness."
It has many nanori readings, such as:
"aya" 「あや」,
"ke" 「け」,
"sato" 「さと」,
"satoshi" 「さとし」,
"shige" 「しげ」,
and "yasu" 「やす」.
