Another term for a script kiddie or a very inexperienced cracker. Sometimes people talk about packet monkies actually being IRC warriors who live to nuke one another with whatever is the latest sploit out there. You can think of a packet monkey as someone who would also fit the labels TCP Troll and IP Idiot.
