Terra-cottage
cheese is a
homemade dip-substitute for when you run out of
salsa. It requires:
Squirt a bit of ketchup into the
cottage cheese and mix.
Add cayenne pepper to taste.
It's like there's a party in your mouth, but no one's invited.
The name terra-cottage cheese is derived from the
brownish-orange shingly appearance of the end-product which is strikingly similar to that of a
terra-cotta roof.
