A behavior often seen in computer/technical personnel and stockbrokers. It entails speaking on two phones at once, usually with another (or several) calls on hold in queue. This behavior can often be seen with a characteristic hunched posture to cradle both phones with the shoulders, so as to keep the hands free for frantic paper-shuffling and hurried typing.
