This hopefully should explain what the name "18thCandidate" means.

The following is an example of my fictional writing. Let me know if you like it. It's called "Aniston chips."

I walk down the hallway in the hall there's the doorhandle *fring fring* the phone is ringing.

Jennifer Aniston is calling me again. She won't stop calling me, or leaving messages on my answering machine about spaghetti recipes. I want to tell her that I've moved on plugged in gone electric but she wants to know about proper oregano to tomato ratios and Parmesan cheese grating techniques.

She said that the Pope told her in a dream that I was Catholic and so she had fifty thousand communion wafers delivered to my house but they were lost in shipping and are in a loading dock in New Orleans.

Bing bang boom I put her on speakerphone and feed the fish. Pasta obsession with communion wafers and tomato sauce poured over the steeple of a Catholic church. Her water is boiling, boiling like mad, spilling all over her twenty thousand dollar stove, steaming pasta water dripping down the front of her Thermador, pouring onto the stucco tiles covering her kitchen floor. She shouts and runs to clean up the mess, fistfuls of paper towels onto the floor, Jennifer Aniston on her hands and knees cursing the Thermador and the communion wafers and her faulty oregano to tomato ratios.

The smell of fish food is rich and pungent, I think to myself, and so I taste a bit.

It's now much easier to send me a /msg! Just type in

and you're good to go!

I offer free node audits for anyone who asks, whether you are just starting out or have thousands of writeups. Only one rule: if you have less than 50 writeups, I won't downvote anything (I'll only give upvotes on those that I like, and no voting on those I don't), but if you have more than 50, I will downvote those I don't like (by this point, you should have cleaned up any problems with early nodes). I also give plenty of feedback. Send me a /msg if you're interested.

I finally took the political compass test, and I wound up with these scores:
Economic Left/Right: 1.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.36

This puts me near such folks as Barry Goldwater (very close) and Milton Friedman (a bit further away).

I'm walkin' in the rain
Tears are fallin' and I feel the pain
Wishin' you were here by me
To end this misery

And I wonder
I wonder why
Why she ran away
Yes, and I wonder
Where she will stay
My little runaway
