Born in Accra, Ghana, raised in Massachusetts, Southern California, Central Florida and Melbourne, Australia, but mostly Melbourne, I now live in New Orleans, er, scratch that. After more than a decade in New Orleans Katrina suggested I move up. I did, roughly about 20 feet, East aver a thousand miles, and north a few hundred, to Baltimore.

I've spent the first decade plus of my professional life in and around universities studying and/or teaching economics, with brief stint as a young man at Telecom Australia. I am now will into my second decade as a private consultant (if the price is right).
