For those of us who like the
crunch but hate the
onions and radishes:
1 can of solid white
albacore tuna (Bumblebee rocks)
about 4 tbsp.
mayonnaise
1 tbsp. stoneground mustard
1/3 c. diced dill pickles
1/2 c. sliced
black olives
1/2 c. chopped celery
(optional) - 1/2 c. chopped canned
pineapple
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp
basil
salt and pepper to taste
Mix it all together, and add more
mayo or mustard to make sure the mixture is just creamy enough to spread. This goes best on toast or crackers.
