welcome to the midvale home for is there any money to be made in that?, i'm your guide and curmudgeon-about-town, lucentshoe. drop myself or anyone else a line. please. hi. i'm still in the midst of trying to come out the other side and let the dead and dying of past life be over with. time to begin again. sort of like Annie Lamott, only i'm not christian, and she's cuter. or something.one of my favorite people still is a 2-year old girl, a daughter of a friend of mine. her latest game that she will play with you is, with a smug little smirk, call you someone else' name; when you say "i'm not John Kenneth Galbraith!" she smiles again (it's all too rich) and says "teasing you!" just since xmas 1999, self-same 2-year old has moved up to wearing big girl underwear, proud that she is able to "oose the potty" all the time now. previously, she still had the safety net that is a diaper. very pleased with herself. and i still really like beer. but i prefer stout and porter. a russian imperial stout, can't beat that. i am also very fond of port. . --> |
