You probably noticed the extra numbers next to reputation on writeups you've created, or writeups you've voted on. The reputation itself hasn't changed - it is simply the number of upvotes (+) minus the number of downvotes (-) that writeup has received. The new feature is the number is parenthesis, which is a breakdown of the + and - votes. For example, if you wrote a writeup, and see its reputation title area as:

then your writeup has had 35 upvotes and 4 downvotes, for a total reputation of 31. Everything User Search also displays this information when you search on yourself.

(Note: a few writeups have 'fractional' up-and-down vote values. This is not a cause for concern, the database just hiccuped when a vote was cast.)

+ and - Seen Elsewhere

The Epicenter and Vitals nodelets now have collapsible areas, which are indicated with a [ - ] next to the title of the section. Once you collapse it, the title remains, but a [ + ] is shown instead. Since related things are now grouped, you can hide things you don't currently care about.
