Similar in aspects to the
perfect attack, the great attack is a form of
competition in the game
Dance Dance Revolution. Instead of attempting to get as many
perfects as possible, one tries to get
greats.
This is not a way to get a good score,in fact it usually guves out a nice grade of C.
Usually great attacking is a friendly and
fun competition between two
ddr players that don't wish to
pa or perfect attack.
Occasionally great attacking will appear in some
Dance Dance Revolution tournaments to provide a fun competition for better more
experienced players and the okay player who can't just seem to get those perfects.
Also great attacking can be a bad thing. When one is trying to pa well and keeps getting greats, they might grumble "damn great attacking".
