My best friend and I have a modification on the Bay Breeze recipe.

We substitute frozen OJ concentrate for Pineapple Juice and we blend everything together in a blender to give it a margarita consistency.

We freeze the left overs in ice cube trays and then place them into pineapple juice the next day.

It makes an interesting treat.
