A cruel "game" played by children, in which the initiator queries the uninitiated: "Would you like a Hertz donut?" To which the reply is usually, "Sure", with an expectation of a sucrose encrusted toroidal pastry.

At this point the initiator proceeds to initiate the uninitiated by manipulating their areolae like twist-off caps and saying "Hurts, don't it!", which of course it does.
