Babylon 5 Season 4, Episode 14.

Primary Plot: Bester tries to get an increasingly-desperate-for-work Lyta to rejoin Psi Corps...in exchange for getting her body after she dies, to find out how the Vorlons altered her.

Secondary Plot: Delenn ends the Minbari Civil War with help from Neroon (costing him his life). She reforms the Grey Council, this time led by the worker caste.
