Newspaper comic strip, created by artist and aviator Zack Mosley, that ran from 1933 to 1973. The title character, a flyboy with a pencil-thin moustache and a perpetual smirk, sought adventure and excitement in a variety of exotic locales along with his pals Fat Stuff and Downwind. He also had amorous encounters with a surprisingly long string of women, unlike other comic strip heroes who tended to stick with one girl.
