Description:

leg over straight to a
clipper delay. E.g.: From a right
toe stall, set the
footbag up and slightly in towards yourself. Jump off the right foot and use your hips to swing the left leg over the footbag. Plant the left foot and perform the
delay on the inside of the foot in the
cross body position (
clipper delay).
