A russian poet (1893-1930), a member and the leader of the Russian Futurism movement. Supported Russian revolution. Wrote a number of poems and plays (the most famous probably being "Misteria-buff"). Reformed the language of Russian poetry and brought many innovative words. Is also known for caring about the visual representation of the poem as well as aural. Commited suicide (shot himself with a gun) on the basis of unsuccessfull love affair.
