I have been fortunate enough to see
Ben Folds 'Five' (the band does not, in case you were wondering, consist of five people). Surely the best live show ever. The
audience really loved seeing Ben Folds playing two
pianos at once, and playing the
piano strings with the
microphone during one particularly rousing
crescendo.
Ben Folds Five is also the name of their (fantastic) debut album.

From this album, everybody knows
Underground.
Philosophy is just as good. In fact, the whole album is brilliant.
Whatever and Ever, Amen is nearly as good
while The Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner is maybe even better.
