Every sovereign community is moving towards its objectives and is governed by rules that are designed by a sovereign ruler in order to achieve them.
Right and wrong, good and evil are arbitrary concepts that only have meaning within a given sovereign community: obeying the rules of the community is right and will lead to the approval of the sovereign ruler, which is good because it assists the community move towards its objectives; disobeying the rules is wrong and will lead to the disapproval of the sovereign ruler, which is evil because it interferes with progress towards the objectives.
