University College Cork, in Ireland. Organ of learning about a wide variety of subjects, most of them alcohol related. Which undoubtedly ranks it among the great universities of the world.

Distinguished by it's beautiful grounds, politically apathetic student body, and predeliction for examination of said students' bodies.
