Fred Christ is a character in
Transmetropolitan, a comic written by
Warren Ellis. Fred Christ is the leader of the
Transient movement. He sleeps around alot, and in part because a Transient for the experience of having sex as another species. He is also a pedophile. He is the leader of the Brides of Christ religion.
Before becoming a Transient he apparently used to manage bands, and was given good press by
Spider Jerusalem. At least Spider used to until Fred became "revolutionary".
